“This piece is currently on exhibit this month at the Carver Branch Library in San Antonio, Texas.

This piece is based on KJV Bible, Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. Female figures in my work either represent myself, or a female figure close to me.

The woman dreams of the Lord’s return and is dressed in white and given a crown as a symbol of having been washed by the blood of Jesus. Many souls of the world are urged to repent, represented by the Grey Heron.”
